TWO DAY INTENSIVES
To meet the needs of the many men and couples who contact us wanting immediate, in depth help for sexual and relational problems, Genesis Counseling now offers two-day, 10 hour intensive Pastoral Counseling sessions with Joe Dallas for men, and with Joe and Renee Dallas for couples.
Men in Crisis
Intensive sessions address the immediate needs of men who realize their sexual behavior has derailed their lives, marriages and intimacy with God. Specifically designed for men who've become addicted to the use of pornography, or who've been involved in "out of control" sexual behavior, the topics covered in the sessions include:
-Immediate Steps Needed for Making a Clean Break
-Coming Clean: Making Confession and Restitution
-Establishing a Sound Accountability Structure
-Understanding Temptation Cycles and Triggers
-Managing Personal Wounds and Relational Problems
-Developing a Permanent Relapse Prevention Approach
Attendees are asked to complete a pre-intensive questionnaire, and are provided with a workbook, CD and written resources, a personalized action plan, and three 30 minute follow up telephone consultations.

Couples in Crisis
Intensive sessions for couples address the immediate needs of a marriage that has been impacted by a husband's use of pornography, adultery, or other sexual behaviors. Specifically designed for couples in crisis, these sessions are led by Joe and Renee Dallas, and include joint sessions for the couple with Joe and Renee, individual sessions for the wife with Renee, and individual sessions for the husband with Joe. Topics covered in the sessions include:
-Assessment of Damage Done to the Marriage
-Immediate Policies and Terms Needed to Establish Marital Recovery
-Steps Needed for Rebuilding Trust
-Immediate Steps Needed for Making a Clean Break (for the husband)
-Establishing a Sound Accountability Structure (for the husband)
-Grieving the Pain of Betrayal (for the wife)
-Establishing Boundaries and Terms (for the wife)
-Addressing Pre-Existing Marital Problems
-Facilitating Healing and Hope
